Garden Club - Handmade Sterling Silver Leaf, Green Strawberry Quartz, Smokey Quartz, and Pearl OOAK Necklace

My garden is beginning to produce some vegetables - yay!  (It’s always a bit of a question each year as to whether or not what I’ve planted will come up so I’m excited to see those first heads of lettuce and the stalks of cucumbers and zucchinis.)

And before I head to my studio, I have to go out and check on the plants, and this morning my sight was consumed with bits of green and white among the soil.  So naturally…this necklace design was born!

Beginning with a handmade sterling silver leaf toggle - so cool - I added Smokey quartz in 2 different shapes on one side, and on the other a bit of handmade pure silver chain holding hand wrapped dangles of green strawberry quartz.  A row of creamy white baroque pearls finishes out that side, where everything meets at a sterling silver lobster clasp which swivels for easy on/off and ease of movement while wearing, and a bit of sterling silver chain to allow you some flexibility in how you wear it.  From 20” -22”. 

A statement necklace for all who love plants and the bounty of a vegetable garden (your own or one to admire from afar.)  :-)
