They are joined by more natural rubies in hand cut shapes, and a handful of pale pink/lavender pearls.  A handmade artisan sterling silver square toggle sits on one side and offers easy on/off or it can be decorative, since the beads connect to soft dark brown leather that wraps around the back of the neck where a sterling silver bead in back slides to let you adjust the length as needed, making this super easy to wear.
