Turn Over A New Leaf - Super Flashy Hand-cut Labradorite and Artisan Sterling Silver - Adjustable Leather Necklace

Every change of season always reminds me to think about things a little more, a little differently.  And as Fall arrives, knowing it’s going to give way to Winter - which here means a chance for everything to go quiet and dormant for a rest - I find myself thinking about the phrase “turning over a new leaf”.  And while there are a few meanings attributed to the phrase I have always thought of it as beginning a new chapter.  Fun fact: the phrase doesn’t actually refer to the leaf of a tree, but rather the page of a book.  So, for me, it means turning the page and seeing what’s next.  :-)

This necklace felt like the perfect transition to represent Fall here.  Darker, more moody colors but with unique light and charm of its own.  Super flashy and beautiful hand cut Labradorite with so much flash it was hard to capture each bit on camera!  Connected in front by hand made artisan, sterling silver leaves, and an artisan sterling silver toggle that’s functional if you need it to be.   A sterling silver leaf charm and another labradorite set in sterling silver hang gracefully from the toggle.  

Soft, dark brown leather goes around your neck and an artisan sterling silver bead slides at back to let you adjust the length as desired, from approximately 16” - 28”, giving lots of styling options here, as well as incredible ease with on/off activity, and lightweight wear for all day comfort.
